1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of "Tomodachi Tower Battle" (the "App") provided by the developer. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

2. Prohibited Actions

• Capturing or transmitting images in a way that infringes another person's portrait rights or privacy
• Reproducing, publishing, or otherwise using images of other users obtained through the App outside of the App itself
• Using the App for unlawful purposes (harassment, defamation, etc.)
• Reverse engineering, modifying, or analyzing the App
• Imposing excessive load on the App's servers
• Any other action that violates laws or public order

3. Photo Capture

You represent and warrant that you hold all rights and consents necessary for photos you capture. When photographing a third party, please obtain that person's consent.

4. Service Suspension

The developer may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". The developer makes no warranty of completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for any purpose, and bears no liability for damages arising from the use of the App.

6. Changes to the Service

The developer may modify the content of the App or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

7. Changes to These Terms

The developer may revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms take effect upon posting in the App or on the support site.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located at the developer's principal place of business.
