Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

This app collects the following information:

• Photos captured by the camera: Processed locally on the device. During online matches, they are AES-128 encrypted and transmitted to the opponent's device only. They are NOT permanently stored on any server.
• Local settings (volume, etc.): Stored on the device (not transmitted).
• Gameplay statistics (total plays, high score): Stored on the device (not transmitted).

We do NOT collect names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, payment information, or location data. The app is free; no ads or in-app purchases are implemented.

2. Purpose of Use

• Providing and maintaining the app (real-time image synchronization during matches)
• Aggregate, anonymized improvement analytics

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose information to third parties except:

• With user consent
• Pursuant to legal obligation (formal request from a court or law enforcement)
• To protect life, body, or property

4. Subprocessors

• Google LLC (Firebase Storage): Temporary relay of encrypted images during online matches. Automatically deleted at match end. Data center: asia-northeast1 (Tokyo).
• Exit Games GmbH (Photon Fusion): Real-time match synchronization. Images pass through as already-encrypted byte streams.

5. Encryption

During online play, all captured photos are encrypted on the client using AES-128 (CBC mode). The encryption key is generated by the host per match and shared only with the two players in the room. Relay servers (Firebase Storage / Photon Engine) and any other third party can observe only ciphertext.

6. Data Retention

Encrypted images on Firebase Storage are automatically deleted at match end or on rematch. A server-side lifecycle rule also purges any remaining blobs after at most 24 hours.

7. User Rights

Because the app does not collect personally identifiable information, we cannot disambiguate "your" data from anyone else's. For inquiries, please contact com.yy.app@gmail.com.

8. Children's Information

The app is rated 4+. Users under 13 should use the app with parental consent.

9. Ads / Tracking

The app does NOT serve ads, does NOT track in-app behavior, and does NOT show the iOS ATT (App Tracking Transparency) prompt. No analytics / advertising SDKs are embedded.

10. Camera Access

The app requests camera access to capture the user's silhouette as an in-game piece. Captured images are not transmitted or stored beyond what is described above (sent to opponent during online matches).

11. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy when necessary. Material changes will be announced in-app or on the support site.
